A quarter of us will experience mental health difficulties at some point in our lives, that’s why Caring Connections is offering our Beating the Blues service.
Beating the Blues delivers a computerised form of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help you cope with feelings of depression and anxiety. In our tailored therapy space, you will be guided through the course by one of our volunteer peer mentors to help you feel comfortable and confident.
Over the following 8 weeks, the course will equip you with a toolbox of tips and tricks to help you cope, and will explain how your thoughts, feelings, and actions all affect one another. With this knowledge, you will be able to understand and change the way you respond to situations which may invoke feelings of depression and anxiety and live with good mental health.
